Introduction

This conference will be co-located with the SEIA's PV America Conference. The technical program will encompass 9 areas covering topics such as novel materials and devices, thin-film cells made from CIGS and CdTe, and emerging semiconductors, crystalline and amorphous silicon. The deadline for electronic abstract submission is Jan. 14, 2009.
